On stage at the D3 Expo, Disney revealed Star Wars: Jedi Challenges, an upcoming Augmented Reality game.

Disney, Lenovo, and Lucasfilm teamed up to build a custom AR headset, where users download an app to their phone, slip it into the headset, and then jump into the game.

They showcased gameplay that included holo-chess, a top-down battle against AT-ATs, and igniting a lightsaber. We’ll have more on Jedi Challenges in the coming weeks.
